Meet at 9:00 am. We have reserved a conference room for morning tea.
We have around 70 people who have indicated they are attending.
The Hotel shares its car park with ALDI shoppers, so arrive early to get a car park near the Hotel.
Access via Marion Road if coming from the South and off Anzac Highway if coming from the North.
Enter the Hotel via the main entrance facing Anzac Highway, pass a small reception area and then veer to the right.
Members will sign in and gather to a morning tea will be self-help coffee & tea with Danish pastries.

Speech from Scott Colmer, an original member from when the club was formed.
The free raffle will be drawn. Every member’s name has been placed on a ticket. When your ticket is drawn, you may choose from in one a group of prizes until the last prize has been taken.
Collect your rally bag and run sheet at the end of morning tea.
We will depart on the run at around 10:30am estimated to arrive at the Old Noarlunga Hotel around 11:45 -12:00am
Enter the Hotel Garden from the main road entrance and find a seat.

Wait staff will take your orders table by table. Thank you for supplying your intended meals, this helps with reconciling the final bill.
Purchase your drinks from the bar.
The second raffle will consist of what would be considered reasonably valued gifts plus those from members donations and bought by the club to make up gift baskets. You can purchase these tickets for $1.00 each, so make sure you have some coin and small notes on the day. When your ticket is drawn, you may choose your prize until the last prize has been taken.
